I'm 7 mo pp and have running some (inconsistently, unfortunately) since about five weeks pp. It's been fine but I tried stepping it up a notch yesterday and had what I guess is pelvic floor pain after running. It felt a lot like it did the first few weeks after giving birth. Sort of like my vagina was sagging (tmi, sorry!). Has anyone else had this? It feels fine today, but I don't want to mess myself up. I've started doing kegels again, but not sure if more is needed!

Eta I haven't had any other postpartum issues - weak bladder, etc.
