I filled my surveys out both times and sent them!
I had good experiences overall.

I didn't get one but would have had great things to say about one nurse and terrible things to say about the doctor.

I got a call the day after we came home. I was really happy with everything and we were lucky enough to have the same mother baby nurse all weekend so I gave her special recognition.

I said great things except that they just assumed I knew how to look after a newborn. I had to call a nurse in to help me change the first diaper.

I did, and I was able to report the nurse who told me that she was surprised that no one had told me I wouldn't be able to birth naturally. She said this when she saw that I found vaginal exams to be painful. I didn't deliver naturally because my induction failed, not because it was too painful.

She said some other really inappropriate and hurtful things. Honestly, I hope she was fired. Or at least really severely reprimanded.

We had someone do a survey there, he was in management and we let him know how unhappy we were with a certain staff member, but gave kudos for the other great ones. I later also filed a complaint after we were home. Overall, my experience wasn't too horrible, but it definitely could have been much better.

I hope I get one because I had some rock star nurses in every area that I want to recognize - L&D, nursery, and especially postpartum. They helped me so much!

I got ours in the mail a few weeks later. I never ended up filling it out. I overall liked everything except 1 nurse and the parking situation/valet(they left my car RUNNING! in the garage and lost my keys! DH had to call a friend for a jump, and to take him to get the spare keys at 11pm!)
