How many hours are inbetween your LO's morning wake up and nap time, and how many hours are inbetween wake up from nap and bedtime? I'm most interested in LO's who are on a one nap schedule!

23 months (in a couple days) and on one nap.
I try not to do more than 5.5 hours of awake time. That seems to be the right amount for him.
Wakeup 6:30/7
Nap 12/12:30 - 2:30ish
Bed 7/7:30
I do notice that he can go to bed for the night with less wake time (like 4 hours) if we have to.

Well my 11 month old is a die hard nap hater...so take this with a grain of salt.
Ideal nap day:
7:30 am, wake up
11-11:30 am, nap
2-3 pm, nap
8 pm, bedtime
In reality, most days are roughly:
7:30 am, wake up

8:30 pm, bedtime

Felix is sixteen months and usually wakes around 0630, naps at 1230/1300 (usually a two hour nap) and is asleep at around 2000. He's been on one nap since around ten months and has slowly pushed his nap back from 1100 to around 1300.

We're on 2 naps at just over 12 months.... from wake up to nap one is usually about 2.5 hrs. Maybe 2 hrs and 45 min. From nap 1 to nap 2 is about 3.5-4 hrs. From nap 2 to bed can range....typically its about 3-4 hours. He pretty much goes to bed at 7 every night no matter what. He has a lot of awake time because he has never been a great napper. A good nap day is two 1 hour naps!

@WyattnewbabysMama: This is our schedule to a T! Except that DS is 12months and starting to wake a little earlier again ~6:15/30...
We are on a solid 2 nap schedule... 3 hours to first nap, 3-3.5 to second, and 4 hours awake before bedtime.
