10-11 hours at night and at daycare she naps about 1.5 hr (3x a week) and at home about 2.5-3 hrs (4x a week). we're in this weird 2 naps is too much and 1 nap is too little stage tho so naps are alittle funky. she's 19 months!

He's 21 months and definitely has higher than average sleep needs. During the week, he takes a 2.5 hour nap at day care and then gets about 11 hours at night (because we wake him in the morning). On weekends, naps are more like 1.5-2 hours, but he will sleep 12-14 hours. It's definitely a blessing, BUT he is pretty hellish to deal with if he doesn't get all that sleep for some reason:( I dread waking him as a teenager.

Between 10-11 hours over night and between 2-4 hours of naps during the day...I think it's time to shorten the day time naps in hopes of getting longer nighttime sleep (aka stop waking up at 5:15 am!).

DD used to sleep 10-11 with a 2 hour nap but the late summer sun has pushed her actually falling asleep to 9-10 with the same 2 hour nap. I have been trying to get her to fall asleep at her previous time but its not working - so frustrating! Oh well.
