We used to get huge 8-9 foot trees every year bk (before kids). This year we'll probably get a smaller tree-- maybe 5 feet.
How big is your tree typically?

About 7 feet. I am still collecting ornaments so that's the max height we can get without the tree looking bare.

We have a 9 ft tree! We got it last year because our living room had high ceilings. Before we moved we had a six foot tree.

We have a 6 foot artificial one, but my husband promised that once we got a house with high ceilings, he would get me a giant 12-15 foot artificial one that I've always dreamed of.

Last year ours was almost 6 feet I think. This year we will probably get one a little bigger

4-6 feet. We live in an apartment, and while it's a decent size for a city apartment, 4-6 feet is the biggest we can do without it feeling really cramped.
I'd love a big huge tree in a spacious living room in front of a bay window.

We have a 6 foot artificial tree. But our ceilings are super high and if I were really into decorating, I think I would go 8-10 feet. (how do you decorate that?!)

8-9 feet for us. We have a high ceiling in our living room, so anything smaller would look silly.
