I pump once daily right now, and I go back to work in 3.5 weeks. I have a good amount of milk set aside, but I'd like to pump more than one time a day. I'm just being cautious due to fear of oversupply!
How did you build your freezer stash? How many times a day did you pump?

I usually only pumped once a day before going back. You don't really need very much of a supply. Only enough for an emergency and the first day back.

@grizz: So funny you should ask this...I was just reading through the handouts from our breastfeeding class and came across this...I think I am going to try it. (It was easier for me to just take a pic instead of typing it all out!)

I pumped after nursing sessions and while the baby slept for the first 6 weeks...Prob 7-9 times a day? (DH had 5 weeks off work so I had the time!) I had to cut back because I was overproducing (and had no time!) and it made nursing sessions unpleasant for my baby...lots of barfing. Now I only pump 2-3 times a day when baby is asleep and I nurse for all feedings because she hates bottles. 
I get about 20-24 ounces a day. I freeze half and my toddler drinks the rest.
