I'm over daycare. Our daycare is great but LO is always sick. If rather pay someone to come to our house. How'd you find your in home care?

Well, i use an in-home daycare, but E goes to someone else's house. Someone doesn't come to mine. I made a list of all the registered in-home daycares through the state, and just went off that. When they said they had no availability, I would ask if they had any recommendations. One lady did, and we loooved her. And that was it! there are 4 kids in the daycare and it cuts the sickness down by a lot

We worked with an agency to find our in-home (her home) provider. Very happy we have that extra layer of management there, just in case.
