If you have a nanny share, how did you find a nanny and the other family? We are exploring childcare options and I'm just wondering where is a good place to look. Thanks!

I asked my local moms group to see if anyone was interested or knew anyone who might be interested. We also checked on Care.com but didn't find anything. We ended up just going with our own nanny and are still open to the idea if we find the right family.

@norcalwayfarer: I am not sure where in Nor Cal you are located but if you are in the Bay Area, check out Berkeley Parents Network. They put out a weekly email with people looking for and advertising different varieties of childcare options.
