My MIL taught me the basics(BBT, noticing change in fluids) but I tuned her out when she recalled the times she initiated intimacy with FIL when her body was gave off signs of fertility!
I also read the lessons on Fertility Friend!

Taking Charge of Your Fertility was my go to source. I'm self-taught and have since taught others.

I taught myself by read the lessons on fertility friend and TCOYF. I found TCOYF to be the best reference, and I go to it often when I have questions.

Taking Charge of Your Fertility, and message boards mostly (especially charting boards on Wedding Bee). I use the FF app, but never read most of the tutorials since I'd read TCOYF already.

Ha! I have no idea. It hasn't even been a year and I've completely forgotten how I found out. Must have been some random internet search.

For me, it all started with a whoooole lot of thread-stalking on Weddingbee; from there, I ended up with TCOYF. I also have snooped around on Fertility Friend.

I had some older friends talk about it a while back, but I didn't really understand.
I first got a full description of it at our marriage prep class.
But I began to really study it through the internet after reading a bunch of posts on WB.

I use FertilityFriend.com as well. Awesome and very informative site! Even if you just use their free stuff.

I bought TCOYF from a second hand store, and then took the lessons on Fertility Friend. There was also a pamphlet with my BBT thermometer, so I was well-read before I started.
