How do i figure out nanny taxes? I checked into a service and it was going to cost us over $800 for the year to use. I am thinking I can probably figure it out myself with a little direction!

https://calculator.homeworksolutions.com/taxcalc.cfm#Maybe you can Google your state's guide for Household Employers for more direction? For instance in New York we had to pay state taxes quarterly, but not all states require that.
I didn't go with a service though I kind of wish I had because I made a few mistakes that ended up with us being fined

I use home pay - it's expensive but I just didn't want to mess around because fines can be more than the service fees. I have friends who do it themselves. I bet there are a few old threads on here!
