Do you use face wipes? Wet paper towels? I've been using wet paper towels but I feel like I'm going through a ton!

Unpapertowels. They're just a piece of cloth so you can wash and reuse.

If it's dinner she goes straight to the bath, for lunch or while we're out I just use a wet cloth... she doesn't usually get very dirty though.

Like @artbee, we're using un-paper towels. M can make a mess out of anything so I love not wasting the paper towels.

We don't use paper towels for anything, we use cloth napkins I prewet one to use immediately to get the worst off and then either use another or stick his hands etc under the sink. I use a long sleeve bib which helps.
