I wash the cover in the machine and just wipe down the plastic part with hot water and vinegar. The tricky part is if the straps got messy. That happened once and I soaked them in oxyclean.

I feel SO bad for him. I'm on antibiotics so we're both on probiotics and I don't think they agree with his tummy

@grizz: yea, that's the worst part. I throw the cover in the dryer on low. Poor little guy, I hope you both feel better soon!

I borrowed a hand me down one and washed the whole cover in the machine on gentle, dry on low temp. If it was a blow out the oxy clean is probably not a bad idea!

I dried mine, but I don't want to be responsible for yours shrinking..lol!

I never washed mine, but I always had it lined with a receiving blanket so I would just wash that instead of the whole thing.
