I usually fry it in the pan, in butter. Add some lemon, salt, pepper and voila!
Tonight I'm making salmon and I just put it in the oven, lemon, salt and pepper. No butter this time... boo. hm. mabye I'll put some on afterwards lol!

We tend to grill ours with butter.

We usually put ours in the oven. I use lemon, salt, pepper, butter, & dill a lot.

Pan fry with soy sauce and scallions. For salmon, sometimes baked with maple syrup, soy sauce, brown sugar.

I'll bread it with panko and bake or pan fry. Fish is soooo good.
