My lo is self weaning a bit from the breast. She is only nursing on one side in the morning which is leading to one very full breast by the time I pump around 11/11:30.
How do you deal with engorgement while weaning?

Same here on Tuesday & Wednesday. I primarily felt really guilty that I wasn't pumping. And even considered pumping again. ;/
I think my issue is she usually drains the first boob really good and the second not so much. So I need to start alternating which boob I start with.

I would hand express a little to relieve the engorgement and be comfortable enough. My supply always adjusts really quick though, so it only took a few days. We're down to just nursing before bed and while they're full by that time, I wouldn't call them engorged.
