M has a fever
so I have her in a short sleeves onesie and cotton shorts. It's not quite warm enough for just a onesie. And also have her ceiling fan going.
She gets so warm while sleeping!
No blanket though.

I don't dress her any differently. When LO has a fever we give her Advil before bed, so her temp should be normal for the most of the night.

@regberadaisy: depends how hot it is. Last summer she had a really high fever and it was super hot so I put her in just her diaper per her doctors advice.

I put LO in bamboo PJs when he is sick. Bamboo is said to keep you cool when you are hot and warm when you are cool. I figure it should help with fever, chills, and sweat.

@Thenetexan: @regberadaisy: I also break out the one pair of bamboo pjs we have when she's running a fever. They are so soft and comfortable and I think they are just the right amount of weight. Otherwise, I will just dress her the same as any other night.

Same as @weagle...Unless its really high, then we go for just the cotton footed jammie with no onesie underneath.

depends, but I'll often use warming socks to break a fever. If we have the AC on it's warming socks, footie pjs and her sleep sack. If we don't and it's warmish in the house it's a onsie, warming socks and a sleep sack.

A onesie and light sleep sack. The room is around 68 most nights too.
