No!! Stuff like this infuriates me.

James Holmes shot all of those people. No one else. Not his psychiatrist, not his parents, not the gun stores, not his teachers nor his girlfriend. He, and he alone did that.

"Moton is seeking at least $50 million in damages" ...I want to punch him in the face. 50 MILLION DOLLARS?!?! Give me a break. Like that psychiatrist has 50 million dollars for one person.

I think this is too much. There are a lot of mentally ill people out there that fit the profile of these mass shooters. But there's no way to tell who will go on to commit such violence and who won't. Are we supposed to put them all on watch? Lock them all up to protect society from the few?
