DD likes grape flavored. She likes to suck it out of the syringe. if we have to give her a cup, we let her fill the cup with water and drink from it. She thinks its fun. good luck!

Try different flavors. Our 22 month old would throw up every time we gave him grape flavored Tylenol. He seems fine when he takes the cherry flavor.
