But I could definitely lose some back and bra fat. How do I target those areas? I've never focused on them before.

I could be wrong but don't think you can really spot treat...so just lots of cardio, strength and healthy diet. I bet swimming helps!

And I agree with PP, you can't really lose fat from one spot, have to focus on all over fat loss.

I actually think strenth training is your best bet. More cardio is probably just going to lead to 'skinny fat' lifting heavy weights will get you better results.

I wonder if doing the scoop and swoop thing is all you need.
You know the whole bending over... and pushing your boob into your cup to smooth out your side and back fat.
