I try picking up/tidying up something like doing the dishes. Once I'm doing something, I usually get the jump start I need. Otherwise, forget about it. Not happening.

Getting dressed motivates me. And when I'm having a harder time I will turn on a tv show and tell myself that I have to clean during commercials.

I have to turn off the tv and put down the computer. Clearly, I'm not there yet this morning...

This is a constant struggle for me. I have such a hard time just getting started. Once I'm going though, no probs.

@.twist.: Same! If I schedule something in the morning, or know that I have certain tasks to get done, I'm fine. But if my house is relatively tidy, and LO is napping well...there goes my morning.

We were pretty lazy this morning too, DH woke me up at 730 when he needed to leave for work. I moved to the couch (and snoozed) while DD watched an episode of Dora. Pregnancy + not being a morning person aren't working out so well! A shower usually gets me up and going for the day!
