Daycare is closed today, but I still have to work. DD really wants to play w/ my laptop, but I need to keep her away from it. I don't want to put her in front of the TV all day, so I need some ideas to keep her busy and out of trouble.

stickers! Give her some stickers. On a piece of paper draw a few x's and tell her to try to put the stickers on the x's. I was surprised at how this occupied DS#1 on a airplane ride.

I open every toy box and just let him go at it.
Also we just got the Go Go Smart Wheels from Vtech, keeps him busy for very long periods of time!

@MamaBehr: I could kiss you! I drew some X's and she just started putting stickers on there. When she ran out of X's, she started drawing her own and putting the stickers on - haha!
@mrbee: I really want some Magnatiles - I think she would really enjoy them. Hmmm her birthday IS Wednesday so maybe I can splurge and get some on Amazon
@lemondrop: I'll have to look into that - I haven't heard of it.
