A little bit of everything. I buy more books than I borrow from the library, because I tend to reread things. Mostly I buy them for my kindle because they're easier to transport and generally cheaper, and now easier to read one handed while I hold a baby.

library and if I really like it I'll go buy it. I have a Kindle but never use it, I like to physically turn the page!

Physical books. I'll take them all the ways. I usually borrow because, budget, but I'll buy books I've never read from authors I've never heard of if I have the extra cash/am really interested. I do enjoy audiobooks but I don't pay for an audible membership so I usually just listen to podcasts all day lol

I only read digital books anymore because its so convenient... I can go from my kindle to my phone if I forget it, and I LOVE that I'm only seconds away from a new book once I finish one. I usually borrow from the online library, rarely I'll buy a digital book if I just HAVE to read the next book in a series right now.
*I was so against digital books too at the beginning, but now I never read physical books.

I use Overdrive and get them for free on my kindle from the library. I have Amazon Prime so I get a free book once a month from them, and every once in a while I'll buy a $2.99 kindle book from Amazon. Last hard cover I read was the Goldfinch, only because it was such a mammoth I couldn't read it and concentrate on my kindle. (I have the paperwhite, much better for the eyes!)

I don't really have a preference. I like taking my e-reader to work to read on my breaks - it's much lighter than a physical book and fits perfectly in my purse.

I do prefer to buy physical books rather than books on my kindle though. Sometimes I feel like the price difference isn't enough and the kindle version should be cheaper. I read a lot of free books on my kindle though.

I really really wish I could get library books on my kindle (I'm in Canada). If my kindle ever breaks I would probably switch to Kobo for that reason. But my Kindle was free, so that's why I have it.

For me it depends on their purpose. If it's light hearted reading that I probably won't read again, kindle.

If it's something I want to be able to highlight and reference over and over again, I prefer having a physical book I can write in the margins of.

I hate E-books. I usually just borrow from the library since I usually don't like to reread a book.
