In smoothies or refridgerated oatmeal.
Oh I've made a coconut mango pudding before, too.

My DH used to put them in smoothies.
I've also soaked them in almond milk in the fridge overnight then mixed in some cinnamon. It's like tapioca!

I take a shot of chia seeds and chase it down with water or juice. I eat them like they're medicine!

I've only ever used them in shakes or oatmeal. I should try the 'pudding' idea though!

@MRS. LEMON-LIME: DH and I just watched that too!! What an interesting perspective to think of my eating habits as an addiction..... definetely changed how I think about my hunger too.

We throw them in chicken and tuna salad or put them in smoothies.
My MIL is a health nut and she takes frozen berries and thaws them and mashes them up with chia seeds and uses this on toast instead of jelly. I've never tried it, but sounds interesting...

I put them in a glass of orange juice and chug. They remind me of super-pulpy juice, so I can get past the texture.
Otherwise, I bake them into muffins or put them in my oatmeal.

@redsmarties: I love pulpy OJ. I need to do this when I need to add more texture to my non-pulp OJ.
@plum: Good idea. I was thinking adding it to cereal could be a idea.
@Amelieisme: oh, in chicken salad or tuna salad! I'll have to try that. Or egg salad or potato salad.
