I'm currently making my grocery list, and also meal planning as I go along. I just have a note in my phone with a list of the meals I want to make, but nothing more. I usually end up using an ingredient for something else and then I can't make my originally planned meal. I'm trying to figure out a better way to organize it so this doesn't happen. I also want to make sure meals that require ingredients that go back within a few days get used first, I struggle with that too!
). Our diet is pretty healthy, but we do splurge sometimes on like... goldfish. Or pizza. Because my kid is two. For example, today we had eggs, toast, and fruit salad for breakfast, CostCo pizza for lunch because errands ran late, and dinner will be lamb chops, rice, green beans, strawberries for dessert.
