Do you use a peeler or a knife?
I use both. Using a knife is faster though!

Peeler! I am way too klutzy to use a knife to peel anything.

I boil them and I tear the skin off later...I waste more potato but oh well...

A peeler. I've nicked myself one too many times not paying close enough attention with a knife.

Peeler. I waste too much potato with a knife. My Bolivian friend used to always ask me what we were going to eat for lunch when I "helped" peel potatoes.
