I've never been a huge fan but I got a large amount in my CSA box and I'm determined to use them all. Help!

I slice really thin strips and put into coleslaw, or pickle or make soup!

I love radishes, so I generally just eat them raw or in salads but they're actually really good roasted or grilled with other veggies.

Sliced thin and put on top of crostini with butter and salt. Sometimes just radish with salt and butter. So simple and so delicious! http://www.saveur.com/article/Recipes/Radish-and-Butter-Sandwich

My MIL slices them really thin, pickles them and then puts them in salads, and it's really good.

I like them raw, but I've also sauteed them in a skillet with butter and garlic and it was delicious! Not super healthy, but what can you do?

Wow, I have never heard of eating them with butter. I will definitely try that. Wish me luck!

@Dagny: I could only tolerate so many radishes bc I ate them raw. I think I would like them pickled so I'll have to try that. The BEST way to eat radishes in my opinion (which I found when I got a ton in my CSA) is to cook them. Cooked radishes are so mild and delicious...almost like a potato! I just sauté mine in some butter with salt but like @Mrs. Twine said, you can also roast them. We couldn't get enough of pan roasted radishes. It's so easy and so yummy. Here a link but you don't need a recipe

I've never eaten them cooked before... I didn't think that was "possible" (kinda like cookie cucumbers?). I usually eat them with salami... one slice of salami, one bite of radish. Spicy and fresh to break up the meat!

We always make lime pickled radishes. Sliced thin, then add salt and some lime juice...not so much that they're swimming in it, but enough so that it gets on each slice. I'll add think sliced red onions to the mix and sometimes some chopped cilantro. I use it for taco toppings, or, honestly, just eaten as a small side salad.
