Hellobee Boards

For the last year I have been battling Lego pieces. I am in the process of organizing things but I am not done. For a while I just had a big box and everything went together. Then they started getting frustrated and throwing fits when I could not find or rebuild the particular set they wanted. So now as we get them I try to organize them. We got these bins at Target for 99 cents. I put as many sets as I can fit into one box with the directions and extra pieces and I tape a picture of it on the front of the box. While they are building and playing the pieces still get all over the place but at least when its clean up time I can figure out where the pieces go. And even if they are still working on it I can t least put it in the little box and they can get it out easily again.

We have a small plastic rolling bin that we keep all the lego sets in. So far we've been able to keep everything organized with shoe boxes and shoe box tops, and everything kinda just stacks inside. But I know that as his collection grows, that will probably change!
