I put all appointments/meetings in my iPhone calendar. It's the easiest option since I have it with me all the time. I make DH put my appointments in his phone too so nothing can get double booked.

I just remember and I get paper reminders from the Dr in the mail.

Google calendar on my Galaxy + we have a big familyt calendar on the fridge that everything goes in as well. That way DH and I can keep track of eathother and LO's schedules in one central spot.

I still keep a traditional paper planner in my book. Spiral bound and everything. It's teeny but i write in it all the time.

I have to use a traditional paper planner! I like to be able to see all the text at once, and on my iphone you can only see the dots, which bugs me

I am still working this out. I want a full year paper calendar (like, one giant paper) for on the kitchen wall, but I can't find any that have space to write appointments in them that aren't ugly!

Outlook and iPhone calendar with 1 or 2 week alerts. Otherwise I will totally forget!!

We both use Google Calendar, and have them synced (so husband's appointments show up on my cal, and vice versa). I also have my Google Cal synced to my iCal, and to my phone. It's very convenient!
