In the past I've just given her the stalks but we need to up her iron intake and all the good stuff are in the leaves. But bc of their thinness it's kinda hard for babies to get them. I've taken to chopping them tiny to mix in with her congee.

Kale chips are probably a good snack idea too.

How else do you serve dark leafy veggies.

ETA: looking for more BLW type ideas. She's not a huge fan of me feeding her any more!
