Water first before popping the pill in your mouth?

Shove pill in, shove water in, hold breath until pill has been swallowed. I tried water first once but it freaked me out because the pill was floating around in there and I couldn't swallow it immediately!

Pre-pregnancy (aka when I could still take pills with water) I'd put the pill in first and then water RIGHT AWAY. I'd hold the cup up as close to my mouth as possible haha. Now I can't take pills with water or else I'll throw them back up. So I take my pills with chocolate milk!
