It's like every time I change her diaper, no less than five minutes later C poops!
However, she prefers to poop on the changing table with DH, and he has to use ninja reflexes to avoid getting poop on his hands. So... Lucky me?

My LO pees every time I change her diaper right before nap. Literally, I put the new diaper on, she stands up, grabs her diaper, and says, "pee pee in there." Sure enough, there's pee pee. I think it's a stall tactic for her so she doesn't have to nap right away....

I took care of a little boy who required a fresh diaper to poop. We'd change him (in the church nursery), and not five minutes later we'd start smelling poop and sure enough, it was him and it was always a huge poop.

E pooped on the change table while DH was changing her and it squirted out with such force it hit the opposite wall!
She also never poops in a wet nappy. She seems to require a dry nappy to go!

Mine used to always go as soon as I put him in the carseat. It would always happen when we were trying to get somewhere on time. Then he'd spit up for good measure. Lol.

For the first two months of his life, DS would always poop once I had his diaper off on the changing table. I think he liked the fresh air, lol. He doesn't do it any more, thank goodness!

@mrsbookworm: I know boys pee a lot as soon as the air hits them. C does pee sometimes when we take the diaper off, but girl pee clearly doesn't go as far!
@Cherrybee: I lol-ed at this and almost unlatched the baby!

There was a post on here several months ago about kids who preferred clean diapers to poop in and it made me realize that one of the lo's I watch does that!
@artbee: I would totally use that as a stepping stone for potty training! (And she will love it since it probably would be an even better stall tactic...)

@Cole: We've started a little bit of going on the potty.... but she just doesn't seem quite ready yet. If she asks to go on I let her, but she just sits there, then says "diaper on" and then pees.
