LO's daycare has a no shoes policy, so everyone usually takes off their shoes before going into the main area.

But i notice all the caregivers walk through the daycare in their shoes/boots, and then change into their shoes once they are INSIDE the room. Also, it's not like they change their shoes when they're going in and out from their walks.

Would you be annoyed? How does your daycare's shoe policy work?
