If they are a Mom and I know they are up, I will at 7. But not earlier then that.

I'm usually up by 7 so it's no big deal to me if someone calls or texts then. But I try to keep it after 8 to other people. (Except my mom...we text whenever and know that the other will see and respond whenever we can.)

9:30 is usually the earliest I'll call without knowing someone's particular schedule and preferences. But, I also tailor it based on what I know of their schedule; I would call earlier (or wait until later) based on the person.

I have one friend who regularly texts me at about 6:45. However, I don't mind and she knows I don't mind because my phone is on "do not disturb" then. I just get back to her later when I'm awake and functional.

The earliest I want anyone bothering me is 8 but I'm really much more comfortable with 9ish. It isn't that I'm not up early, it's that I'm on auto-pilot until then. Get up, feed the kids, feed myself, get a cup of coffee, etc. Interrupt the routine at your own risk

I'm always up by 7, so any time after that. I usually won't call anyone before 8 or 9.

I'll text pretty much whenever. Although I'm rarely up before 7-8 so thats not really an issue. Honestly I feel bad calling someone to chat almost any time haha. I don't like people calling me to chat because it feels so intrusive (like no matter what time it is, you're doing SOMETHING then your phone rings and all of a sudden you have to drop what you're doing). So I don't like calling others to chat either. Usually I'll only call for quick questions (after 9am) or if I know for sure they're not busy or I'll text and ask them to call me when they have time to chat.

Unless it's an emergency I don't call someone before 8am on weekdays and 9am on weekends. However I'll text someone at any time.

doesn't matter for me but I usually wait until after 8 to call. I text at all hours.

Text, i dont care because i have do not disturb on when i am sleeping. No one really ever calls me but i would really appreciate nothing before like...noon...on the weekends. Lol.

Not after 10pm and no earlier than 9am unless I know he/she is up!

I don't like people to call me before 9am.

texting -- whenever. I wake up to random texts from my mom at like 5 a.m.

calling -- if it was too early I'd think there was an emergency! Of course, my FIL has yet to grasp that we are 3 hours ahead of him so he frequently calls at 11 or midnight without thinking about the fact we go to sleep at 8 or 9. Luckily my phone is on silent 99% of the time but I am always tempted to return the call when I get up at 6 a.m. (3 a.m. for him!)

I try not to text before 8, cause even though we're up early, I never know if other people are. Unless I know the person is working or up for some reason (aka, kids).

I don't mind if people text or call me any time because it doesn't wake me anyway!
