I know most people go past their due date with their first baby. Did you, and if so, how far?

I've always heard first time moms saying they were late so I'm kinda expecting to go past my due date too

Exactly 1 week late! It felt like the longest week cause I was so uncomfortable plus very anxious to meet her.

My water broke and baby came 6 days early. My last week so many people told me not to expect him early- I was ready to murder each and every one of them at that point, I just wanted him out!

I delivered 9 days after my estimated due date. I was induced on day 7 but the whole process took a long time!

I'm liking some of these responses - I'm due May 27 and really don't want to go into June (but only have 4 days of overage!)

I was 10 days early. (and totally unprepared because I was miserable and thoroughly convinced that with my luck I'd be getting induced at 2 weeks late...)

Wow, I'm surprised there are so many early responses! I'm secretly hoping to go a little early and everyone keeps telling me "no way, not with your first!" But you guys are giving me hope!

I'm the one person who said 2+ weeks. I was induced at 41w6d and finally had my daughter at 42w1d.
