Spinoff of the mall thread.
I actually live very close to an Ikea. It's about 10 miles away.
When I lived at home, the closest Ikea was about 45 minutes away.

25.4 miles LOL I just mapped it. It's about a 30 minute drive. I've only been there once and couldn't figure out how to get out. I'll never go back.

I just used the almighty Google - apparently it would take me about four hours
Which is probably why I've never gotten anything from Ikea.

We're about 2 hours away from the one in Canton, MI. I wish their shipping was cheaper/faster, too!

It's crazy how far so many of us are from one!!
I'm an hour away. It's next to MOA and I go down there a few times a year. That's where the H&M is, I'll go down in the spring to buy Cobi new spring/summer clothes!

@JennyLayneAZ: ha, ha, my husband felt the same way... he only goes to the warehouse part when I need to move something heavy, and never on weekends ever again!

5 miles down a lightly trafficked highway. So awesome. I can just pop in for something quickly, and then have a lunch with my daughter and watch the airplanes take off.

About an 1.5 hour drive. I love Ikea. I wish we had one closer... but then again it's probably a good thing for my wallet that we don't.
