I bought an item today on eBay, and just noticed there is a 10% off coupon attached to my account. Normally they email something about this, but I never got one. I called to see if they will add the coupon, but they said they weren't able to do it now and would call me with an update tomorrow.

Has anyone dealt with ebay customer service? Are they likely to give me the refund? Thanks!
