I usually feed LO an hour after she wakes.
It's actually been a little over an hour now so I need to feed her!

So, for the last month I've been trying to introduce breakfast to LO but she hates eating in the morning (just like me!). She eats her lunch and dinner like a champ but breakfast is tough.
As soon as she wakes up, I breastfeed her. Then an hour later (and even up to 1.5 hours), I'll put her in her high chair and give her some fruit...Cheerios to practice picking up...And 1-2 bites of cereal. Just just hates eating in the morning.

I give her breakfast after we get dressed and brush our teeth. She has been starving lately!

@chopsuey119: Usually she has a sippy of milk, we do "diaper free time" where she gets a pottytunity (& usually has a bowel movement), play & then eat breakfast....I am not sure of the exact time, but probably around an hour after she gets up.

My LO wakes up and drinks a few oz of milk. I'll let him play for an hour before we start breakfast. Any sooner, and he will throw up his food.

Poor Wagon Jr., every morning we wake him up (usually he has to be woken up!) and it's change of clothes then immediately downstairs into the high chair for his eggs, bananas, and yogurt before we whisk him off into the car and off to daycare. Luckily he doesn't seem to mind eating first thing in the morning. @Rubies: I hate eating in the morning too!! Well, usually. While pregnant I can eat first thing, but in normal life I need about an hour or I'll feel nauseous after eating.

LO eats breakfast at daycare so about 45min-1hr after she wakes up. On the weekends it is about the same.

Once my son weaned off of the bottle and is using sippy cups (not by his choice but ours) we've had to start feeding breakfast immediately just to get him to stop crying and throwing a tantrum (he drinks from sippys just fine, he just doesn't want that in the morning). Before sippys he'd get a bottle right away and breakfast would happen around 2 hours later (8am or so).

LO has a bottle first thing, then I go get dressed and then we eat, so we don't wait long at all. But she still eats a ton!
