I pretty much don't even start bedtime until there's been at least 4-5 hours or so since my daughter woke up from her nap. Learned the hard way that starting too early just means a really long bedtime routine!

Our routine varies depending on when they wake up in the morning (they have a tendency to wake at 5 am, but sometimes we get lucky and we all make it till 6!). Usually it's about 3.5-4 hours after nap. Lately they've been taking a later afternoon nap and they actually do better with sleeping if their last awake time is no later than 3.5 hrs before bedtime. It makes for a longer bedtime routine because they're still winding down, but being overtired makes for a worse night! (They are 12 months)

DS has napped as late as 4:45pm, and he goes to bed at 8. Normally, it's more like 4-5 hours between though.

5 hours on week days (2pm wake up and 7pm bed time). Less time on the weekends because she naps later but still goes to bed at 7. We can't push bed time back because she needs 12 hours of sleep, but the chances of her sleeping past 7am are pretty slim.

LO is usually up from her nap by 2-2:30 pm and her bedtime is 8pm. SO...5.5-6 hours.

T rarely naps but when he does it's usually short/ in the car so we keep bed time the same / doesn't matter when he napped. If he takes a nap at home (which is a unicorn) then he needs 4-5 hours before bed time.

DD varies depending on when her afternoon nap is. She's usually in bed between 630-7pm. At daycare I think she naps from 1-3 ish so that would be 3.5-4 hrs BUT on weekends we don't usually put her down for a nap until later so for example yesterday she napped from 230-410 and went to bed at 650pm. So that was only 2.5 hrs after wake up. So we are anywhere from 2-4 hours.
