How long did it take for your BFP with #1 and how long with #2?
Took me 9 cycles for the first time and hoping second time around it'll be quicker!

1st was mostly whoops, so no months TTC and second we joke took two months. Our paperwork was active for that amount of time before we matched.

Interested in hearing some answers too! TTC #1 took about 2 months, hoping the second time around isn't longer.

I was just going to post a thread asking people if they had trouble getting pregnant with #2.
each month I am surprised I'm not pregnant! If I'm not pregnant in three months I am going to go ttc crazy!

We never ttc officially. I was on bc when i got pregnant with Lo. Skipped a couple days and surprise!
With #2 I got my period back at 7 months pp and we weren't trying or preventing. Got pregnant like 3 days after Lo turned 1. -

Not to thread jack, but if you feel like sharing, what birth control were you on between LO #1 and TTC #2/LO#2? How long were you on it, then off it before conceiving?

We got lucky the first month we were really NTNP, so I'm a bit anxious about this too. At 7 months, AF still hasn't returned and doesn't seem to be coming anytime soon.

Subscribing... interested in the answers too! 10 months the first time around, I really hope this next time is much shorter. This wasn't our month, and the other day I slipped right back into my BFN funk from before. It didn't help that at the same time I found out about 2 new pregnancies for family/friends

We got pregnant on our first try with DD and are hoping for similar luck with #2! DD is 6 months old now and whilst I haven't gotten my period back (courtesy of still BF'ing), we have just started NTNP. I don't necessarily want it to happen just yet, but hopefully in the next 3 to 6 months!

#1 was unplanned so no TTC. #2 we got pregnant the first month we tried.

@Beebug: I was EBF and didn't feel comfortable taking the minipill because I know 2 women that got pregnant while on it, and I didn't want to have any accidents with #2.... so we exclusively used condoms. We were very diligent about it! We used it until we decided to TTC again when #1 was about 14-15 months.

#1 - got BFP after 2 months of NTNP
#2 - had Mirena after #1, got BFP about 2 months after it was taken out. -
Two months for #1, four months for #2, mirena for one year between.

#1 was unplanned and so was #2....four months before we wanted to start trying. #3 needs to be very planned and I'm kinda worried about it already. My body needs a break from bring pregnant but I don't want to wait too long!
