We were married 3 years when DS was born. I was 31 though.. Woud def have waited longer if I had beenyounger.

We didn't really wait. We were ntnp after marriage and got a bfp 6 months after we were married

Planned to wait 6 months after wedding, changed our minds and tried 3 months after and got pregnant on the first cycle.

Too long considering our IF journey, but considering we are blessed with twins through IVF, I think the wait helped us mature and get everything ready for 2 babies
Anyway, we started TTC 2 years after getting married. By the time these babies come, we will be one month shy of our 6th anniversary.

We waited there months after we got married. We had a trip scheduled for Disney World and tried the month after. DS1 was born two weeks before our 1st anniversary. We didn't want to wait long because I was already 33. I was scared we'd have problems.

We started trying 6 months after we got married, but DS wasn't born until 3 years later! Which is why we're not sure how long to wait before trying for the next (I'm 34). While DS is delightful now at 10 months he was the WORST infant until 4 months, and even then I wasn't okay with him as a human until 6 months.

I got pregnant 6 weeks after we were married - and had a baby about 2 months before our 1st anniversary. Surprise!

We waited until we were both done with grad school, had started jobs (in my case I wanted to wait until I was at my job for a year), and bought a house. All that took about 3 years from when we were married.

We got married at 23, didn't start TTC until 27. Had a baby at 29, just shy of 30.

We were married for almost 8 years when I got pregnant-started TTC the month prior. But we got married young 22 & 23. So she was born when we were 30 & 32.

We waited almost 4 years after getting married to try. I found out I was pregnant on our anniversary.

We said we wanted to be married 4-5 years before having kids - DS was born after we'd been married for just about 4.5 years. I wanted to wait to start trying until after I finished my PhD - we pulled the goalie about 4 months after I defended my dissertation (Europe trip + started new job in between).

We were married for 3.5 years before LO #1's birth. I wanted to be as close to being done with my education as possible, hence the wait. We got pregnant faster than expected, but luckily I managed to pass the national exam for psychology licensure when I was 8 months pregnant
So glad I didn't have any studying left to worry about post-baby!

We stopped preventing 2 months before our wedding figuring it would take 6+ months...I was 7-8 weeks pregnant at the wedding.

we waited until after our 2 year wedding anniversary. we had been together 5.5 years at that point.

We tried to do it immediately, but IF had other plans, so it took two years.

Together for 3 years before getting married, married for 4 years before TTC. LO born a few months past our 5 year anniversary. We had told everyone 5 years at our wedding just to keep them off our back and it ended up creepily accurate! I wanted to be done with residency before kids and despite the first pregnancy ending in miscarriage timing worked out well.

We waited 4 years but it took another 7-8 years before we had our 1st.

I got pregnant 1 year after we got married (which is when we stopped using protection). Had my husband been younger, we would have waited several more years. We were in no rush!

DH and I dated for 3 years before getting married. We waited approximately 6 months after marriage to ttc. I was 25 DH 33. It took us a while to conceive and just had DS almost 3 years after our wedding. We didn't want to wait because of DH's age and glad we didnt since it took so long to conceive.

On purpose, 2 years. IF issues made us wait until 5.5 years after we got married.

We planned to wait at least 2 years, but you know what they say about the best laid plans....
Got pregnant 5 months after we got married, but luckily we were friends long before that so we had a good foundation in place! -
We got married in June 3 years ago and got pregnant in September! We weren't trying, but we weren't being super careful either. It was a pleasant surprise.

Our first kid was born about 7 weeks before our 5th wedding anniversary.

A little less than 2 years after we were married.

If I had gotten pregnant when we first started trying, we would have had him/her shortly after our third anniversary.
This LO will be born four months after our fourth anniversary.

3 years after marriage. We weren't trying...didn't plan on kids at all but glad we had them.

Together 2 years before marriage, then waited 5 years. Started NTNP the month after DH turned 40 (now or never, we reasoned), got pregnant on the first try.
