Around 4 months, he started pulling up to sit and wiggling so much I was afraid he would fall out/tip it over.

R started sleeping in her crib at 5 weeks old. We would move her to the RnP after her night wake up until a few weeks ago. She's 13 weeks today.

B is 14 weeks and my pedi told me to move him to a crib 3 weeks ago. I just haven't worked up the courage yet. Soon though!

At about 5 weeks? I wanted him to learn to sleep flat. He still naps in the rnp or his swing.

Never! She slept in her pack n play in our room from day 1. She would take the occasional nap in there until 8 weeks, but that's it.

A slept next to my side of the bed in the RNP until 3 months and 1 week. I don't know why we waited the extra week, but we decided we would try to move him to his crib after 3 months. He has slept SO much better (and so have we) because our noise and the dogs aren't waking him up and he isn't waking us up. He sleeps through until 5:30am or 6:00am now before he needs a feeding.

11-12 weeks. It was not nearly the disaster I had feared it would be.

M slept in it for all sleep until 5 months (crazy, I know l, but she's tiny and had reflux). We had no problems switching to the crib then. We moved the r'n'p into her room at about 2 months, then moved her into the crib in the swaddle at 5 months and got rid of the swaddle after that.

Thanks. I was wondering if there was any way she'd be in it at 5 months when we travel. I didn't think so and sounds like I was right.
She actually goes back and forth from RnP to crib without much problem but sleeps longest in the RnP. 8 1/2 hours last night!!

5.5 months when we moved him to his room. We really should've moved him sooner though, he was way too big.

@Foodnerd81: we moved LO at just around 5 months - which was a little crazy! He was starting to sleep on his side in it hitch we didn't like - and it wa time to move him to his crib anyway - the transition went really well too...
@Orvis18: haha, yup - LOs feet were hanging out!

It was about 10 weeks, we moved her to crib right at 8 weeks, but then she got shots and I wanted her next to me, so we went a few weeks longer.

About 4.5 months, maybe 4 months? She started sitting UP in the damn RnP and i was concerned she'd fling herself out of it one day

We never used it for overnight sleep and we still use it occasionally for naps at 5 months.

@Foodnerd81: we used ours up until 8 months for travel! We got a ton of use out of it.

I think around 4-5ish months when she started sitting up in it. I was afraid she would fall out. We swaddled her and didn't use the safety strap at night.
