Some people get upset quickly but then move on quickly too. That must be nice!
I don't get upset too easily but when I do, it takes me quite some time to move on. I'm sure that makes me less fun to be married to! It's a hard thing to change though.
How long does it take you to get over being upset with your SO? What about your SO... how long does it take them to get over it when they're upset with you?

It takes me a while.
I usually am really sullen for a couple hours to a day after a big fight with my DH. He wants to kiss/hug/makeup immediately, but I am kind of sore for a while. I wish I could snap back as easily as him!

I can get over it pretty quick, especially if he apologizes. Hubby takes awhile, but hell get over it if I apologize....

It will take me a couple of hours or so. If it's really bad, I'll stew on it all night. I know it's not healthy but sometimes it's just hard to get over things! Thankfully we don't argue that often anymore.

I get over things really quickly. I don't like to dwell on things.
DH is also pretty good but he can stew longer than me I think. But I don't know, we rarely argue so I can't even really answer the question!

Depends what it is. Usually we can talk it out and be done with it pretty quickly.

If it's something petty, I'm over it very quickly. If it's something serious, usually a day.

DH used to stay mad, but since I get over things so quickly, he started getting over things fast too. Woohoo!

It depends what the issue is. Sometimes can can get over it immediately and move on. Other times, we both stew and it takes a few days.
We are both very stubborn!

Depends what the arguement is about. Honestly... i can hold a grudge for a long time (not with my husband) because I'm not one that fights with anyone. My family labeled me the peacemaker, I avoid too much conflict.
But I've slowly learned to let things go and somethings aren't worth even fighting about. Ah... the joys of marriage.

I get over things quickly. As soon as we are done talking about it I'm over it. My husband takes longer than I do.

My husband is like you Mr. Bee, he doesn't get upset easily but when he does I might as well forget the rest of the day and possibly even the next day being normal again. I called him out on this recently though and he's been working on it.. but I think it's something that is pretty hard to change. I used to take a while to get over it, but now I can move on pretty quickly once apologies are said.

Hubs can only stay mad for, like, 5 seconds before he cracks a joke. It can take me days before I'm totally myself again. It's not so much that I'm holding a grudge or anything, whatever the issue, it just stays in my head and I keep thinking about it. I think I drive my husband crazy.

I'm slow to anger, slow to forgive. It's rare that I'll get reaaally upset about something, but when it happens it can take me days to get over it.
But, once I'm over something, I probably won't remember it within a week. My brain is good about erasing that kind of stuff.

It depends on the situation, but I tend to just need a couple hours to myself to cool off and regroup and I can move on. If I'm in a bad mood and it's not going away, sleeping on it is the only thing that helps!
