Exhausted and curious. Still eating every 2 hours at night, though can go longer during the day. She's 8 lb 11 oz now. We had a few days of 3-4 hrs and now we are back here.

Hmm, it was anywhere between 3-7 hours. She is 7 weeks today and it is about the same.

At 8 weeks it was more like 4-5 hours. -
That was just around the time that A went from 2/3 hours to 3/4 hours.

Have you considered topping her off with a bottle right before bed to see if you can get a longer first stretch out of her? Breast milk or formula?

He was an awesome sleeper at that age...waking once or twice at night to eat? But then it all went to crap at 4 months! So I paid for the first few weeks of good sleep
it is super super normal for them to eat that often tho...there are a million growth apurts that happen early on and your supply is still getting regulated. Don't despair! It will get better -
Have you tried feeding her more during the day? Cluster feeding at night before bed?

I second @Smurfette's suggestion for cluster feeding! Xander was able to go every 3 hours between feeding when he was 5 weeks old, but from about 5:00 to 9:00 p.m., I was feeding him every hour or so, so he was tanking up for the night.

Seven hours pretty reliably. At seven weeks we're up to 8 hours.
I think we have been blessed with a good sleeper, but we've also seen good progress since we instituted a bed time routine: cluster feed all evening, bath, massage, book, a short nursing session followed by a bottle of pumped milk then bed.

its hard to remember, but at 5 weeks i think it was every 2-3 hours at night, then there was a 6 week growth spurt and 8 week growth spurt where it was every hour! then after that it gradually starting getting longer. there are so many growth spurts during that time, its totally normal for an infant to feed every 2-3 hours at night for awhile. their stomachs are teeny tiny and breast milk digests so easily! it will get better before ya know it tho! lots of people are blessed with good sleepers from the start, but it is very normal to nurse that frequently for the first 3 or so months. don't get discouraged!

My LO was the same as yours. She slept for a four hour stretch once at 3 weeks (I remember because it was Christmas and it was a much loved gift, ha), but other than that it was every 2 hours. It didn't matter how much she ate during the day. She started doing a more predictable 3-4 hour stretch at around 4 months, but she didn't do any better than that without sleep training at almost 6 months. She now gets up once or twice.

2 or 3 hours. Once in awhile we got 4. After her 6 week growth spurt she would do one 5 hour stretch. But the past few nights we have been back to 3 hours.

Oh, and I second the cluster feeding before bed. When she wasn't sleeping for long stretches I just went to bed at 9 and stayed there until 9 or 10 the next morning

At that point, he was sleeping a good 7-8 hours. By 6-7 weeks, he dropped his one night feeding and was sleeping all night (11-12 hours). BUT - we only formula fed.

Just checked baby connect. She was doing 5-6 hours then a ten minute feed and back down for 4ish hours.
At seven weeks she started stretching out her first sleep to 6-7 hours. At ten weeks 8-9. Then 12 straight at 12 weeks.
It'll happen. Hang in there. -
We were usually getting a 4-5 hour stretch first and then 2-3 hours after that. We did cluster feelings to try to fill her up like PPs mentioned.
