Three. Two for home and one I bought for day care.

I change it... infrequently. I think the last time I did it was before Christmas come to think of it, but she doesn't sleep in there very often. The whole crib situation has not really been something she's willing to accept easily, so she's still often in her bassinet inside the crib (which is laughably small for her at this point) or in the bed with us.

4 and I think it's too much. Change them weekly.
2 A&A muslin, 1 RH baby, and 1 Target one that was on sale. Could have gotten by with just 2-3.

3 - one's for daycare, and the 2 others we use at home interchangeably.
