I make a 2 shot vanilla latte first thing in the morning.
Sometimes I get tired around 2pm so I make another pm pick me up latte.
Having my pick me up right now!

According to my coffee maker, 3-4. According to my travel mug, one. I think it's sized to be a grande, and I have one of those each morning.

In the fall/winter one cup a day. I don't NEED coffee...I just like drinking something warm when it's cold. Now that I'm pregnant I don't drink it daily. Maybe once every other week?

@Leialou: same!
I have 1 a day but some days none. I try to drink it only when I need it. I used to drink it because I truly enjoyed it, but it got out of hand. Once I got the shakes, I decided to cut that habit.

Zero.
I'm a tea drinker, but do love coffee when I'm really tired. Sadly, my little friend (AKA DD) is super sensitive to caffeine and if I drink it, she doesn't sleep

At home I stick to herbal (and sometimes black) tea. Occasionally I like to pick up a latte or an iced Americano in the summertime but that's rare. In college I was an addict with a twice daily Starbucks habit!

@swurlygurl: I'm totally with you. I drink it because I love the heat and the taste. Caffeine barely affects me anymore!
