How many cycles have you been trying? We are currently on cycle 7 and we started trying 1 1/2 cycles after our miscarriage.

We are on the end of cycle 11. All of my husband's old sperm won't be replaced by new sperm until cycle 14 or 15. We'll find out if his surgery worked around then.

We got pregnant on cycle 3, miscarried at 20 weeks, and will have to wait 3 months before we start again. I will start counting that as cycle 1, since I actually delivered and we named our first daughter. It's been an okay day for me and one of the perverse thoughts I had to get me through my day was I always wanted 3 kids, but my husband was only for 2. Well, we have 1 daughter in heaven, maybe we will get 2 kids on earth.

@Jennimac: You have a great attitude towards what has happened. I'm praying you have quick cycles and get pregnant again soon.

@Leialou: I hoped it all works out quickly! That sounds like an interesting surgery.

This is our first cycle of trying, but my O week occured while I was in Miami for a bachelorette party, so I would consider next month as our 1st cycle.
@Jennimac: sending you baby dust!
@Leialou: I'm crossing my fingers for y'all!

@MaisyMay: Thanks...I'm trying to be patient. 3 months is so long to wait. I have decided that I'm going to use this time to clean out the house, nursery room, etc. Then, I'll be all stress-free during my next pregnancy (yeah righ!).
@Alivoo01: Thanks! I hate having to wait until July, but I'll be patient.

We were only trying 1 cycle when we got pregnant. I'm hoping once we can try again it happens just as quickly... but I realize that's probably really naive.

We were NTNT for one cycle, avoided for two because of a due date / wedding conflict, and now I'm waiting for AF in cycle one. Hoping cycle two works.

@sslm: It happened for me! Got pregnant on the first try, miscarried, and then got pregnant on the first try again. So it's certainly possible.

We are on cycle numero 9 right now. Definitely did not think it would take this long. No weird cycles, no MCs, just no BFPs. Kinda bummed about it especially when I have several friends who have gotten pregnant barely trying and since we started our TTC journey. I just told DH this morning that if we had gotten pregnant during the first cycle we might have a baby by now!

Cycle 4 here. Hoping to be pregnant by July (cycle 6), but obviously I don't really have control over it. Charting shows that I'm clearly ovulating and pretty regular, so that's a plus. Now just need to get the BD timing right I think.

@sslm: We were lucky on our first cycle trying, miscarried, and really hoped our first cycle trying again would work, but it didn't. As mamamoose said though, it can happen.

I'm on cycle 3 right now. If my body wasn't so annoying and had regulated right after going off the pill I'd be on cycle 6

We got pregnant on cycle 4 after stopping bc pills. Miscarried and then it took another 11 cycles post miscarriage.
Wishing you lots of luck! Don't give up hope

In the middle of cycle number 9. Feeling a little burned out, but need to keep hope alive :).

We got a BFP at cycle 9. At cycle 7 is when it got really realy hard for me. We had promised no testing unless my period was at least a couple days late bc my cycles are so irregular. So cycle 7 was the first one we got far enough to actually POAS.
It was definitely hard to see all the friends with BFP on Facebook. But I tried to tell myself we have no way of knowing REALLY how long they were trying.
Hang in there ladies! It will happen! *hugs*

13 months for us to get a (so far) sticky baby. We had been making plans to get some preliminary fertility testing done in the New Year...I got my BFP at the beginning of December.
We had a chemical pregnancy in Cycle 5, and a miscarriage in Cycle 10.

@FutureMrsMcK: I am so afraid of chemical pregnancies and another miscarriage! I worry too much about all of this!

We ditched the BC in February 2011, started officially trying in April 2011, got our BFP in January 2012 (we're just past 13 weeks).
Neither DH or I had any known issues, I had regular cycles with a shortish LP (11-12 days) and it still took us ten cycles.

It took us 11 cycles. Sending babydust you way. Hang in there, it'll happen!

Cycle 7 too. I run like clockwork and know to the minute that AF will show up. What sucks is that I have pregnancy symptoms as PMS symptoms every month so it's no good to symptom spot even though it's soooooo hard not to do this. If nothing happens come June/July we may have DH go in for a SA and then go from there.

I'm feeling AF coming on finally ( I hope) and if so this will be my first REAL cycle since coming off Mirena.
I've been off Mirena since Feb 15th and it's been stressful cause my body was/is so out of whack. But, I think we will really be able to start TTC/NTNT this month. *fingers crossed*

Cycle 4. Already feeling like it's taking too long (even though it hasn't been that long yet).

Cycle 14 over here. Its getting a little bit exhausting. But there's nothing else to do but keep trying.

We are right in the middle of cycle 9. It's getting a little discouraging, but we are trying to stay as positive as possible! Baby dust to everyone!

We're on cycle 3. Had a chemical pregnancy in cycle 1 that really through us for a loop. I had no idea the emotional roller coaster of ttc would have quite so many highs and lows. By the way, I'm totally new here on HelloBee. Just joined yesterday. It's nice to read the posts of people I can relate to in all this!

We're on cycle 13. Hopefully it'll be lucky 13 but we've got referrals for our SA & HSG tests if this isn't it.

@GreenThumb: I am in the same spot as you. Cycle 9. No known issues, I'm assuming it just hasn't been 'our time' yet. But man, am I getting impatient
pear / 1986 posts
@Mrs.VW: Well, as it turns out, unfortunately my HSG revealed that I may have a blocked right tube and DH's SA revealed low morphology. So, we are headed to the RE to see what our options are. I just sort of knew something might not be right...
apricot / 460 posts
@GreenThumb: Shoot. I am sorry to hear that. Hopefully they will have some good next steps for you to get on right away. With those two things it sounds like IUI would be a good fit but they will have a ton more info for you! Good luck, hang in there!!
