DD1: 3rd cycle off of birth control, NTNP. Somewhat of a surprise as I was set to go back on birth control shortly after but we knew it was possible.
DD2: 2nd cycle after IUD removal but first cycle trying (we were preventing during the first cycle so I could get a good idea of how my cycles were).

Pregnancy 1: 3rd cycle, miscarriage at 9 weeks
Pregnancy 2: 5 more cycles after miscarriage
Pregnancy 3: 1st cycle
I have long cycles (45ish days), so altogether, trying for LO1 took 13 months.

DS #1: 4 or 5 cycles. Can't remember. It was close to six months of trying
DS #2: 3 cycles. We started trying in mid July and got pregnant end of September.

T was conceived as soon as I went off birth control. Just one month of trying.
We TTC #2 earlier this year and tried for 2 cycles and took a break because other things came up and the timing wasn't good.
TTC#2 again now and I'm in my second cycle!

@Mrs. D: Wow. That's a lot of first month votes in your poll! It took us two times but I haven't been on hormonal birth control for 10 years and we did IUIs so a bit different ...

@wrkbrk: I know, right? But some of thise are m/c and some are CP.
What really surprises me is how many clicked on 31+ so far. Wow. I feel for those ladies, but pray it doesn't take us that long. But, after my fertile period in January, the times my husband will be home for the next couple months isn't expected to line up perfectly, so it'll be a shot in the dark for us for the next year.

DS2 - 2 cycles
#3 - have gotten pregnant 3 times, not trying, one was an utter shock. Have miscarried all 3 though.

12 months, and had not been on birth control previously. I know you asked the average for Hellobee. Hellobee is definitely not representative of the real world average, so don't get discouraged quite yet, and best of luck

I can't believe there have been so many votes on my poll. It's really interesting to see the huge spread of cycles from 0 to 30+. wow.
This will help me and others I'm sure to not get discouraged as we reach the 6 month mark and pass it.
