I'm late & not getting a positive pregnancy tests. How many dpo until you got a positive test? Was it different for each pregnancy? I had my positive test at 14 dpo with my first pregnancy. Now I'm worried and waiting for blood work results...
I've had early pregnancy symptoms, lots of cramping, especially on one side, tired, and felt like I did when I was KU before. So confused and getting anxious.

12dpo with my first and 10dpo with my second.
The cramping being concentrated on one side would make me a little concerned about an ectopic pregnancy so I would definitely mention that to your doctor if you haven't already.

My first was around 14dpo. I didn't know my exact O date. I thought there was no chance, because we only managed to BD once, and my back was hurting a lot so I wanted some Advil. I tested on a whim just to be sure because of the Advil.
Second was around 12 or so dpo. Don't really remember. Before AF was due, but not much.
Third and fourth were super, super "I can't even show anyone this because they'll think I'm imagining things" squinters at 9-10dpo, with definite (but still very faint) lines within a couple of days.

11 dpo for my second. I don't when i ovulated for my first and only tested at 7.5 weeks.

12dpo, but it was a pretty solid line, so I think I could've tested earlier and got a

Well I thought I O'd on May 27 because I felt ovary twinges on my left side so according to that I'm 16dpo. Does the month of May with 31 days effect anything? Hmm. I'm normally a 28 or 29 day cycle. However I didn't keep track of my last periods starts date but I feel really late. I normally feel twinges when I'm ovulating so I went off feeling but I guess I could be off a few days but even if I was, I'd expect a positive test by now !

Mine was early...a super faint line at 10DPO but I was temping so I knew my exact O date. I actually didn't tell DH until I took another one at 11DPO and it was a bit darker because I wanted to be sure.

13 dpo but after my negative on day 10 I vowed to wait until Christmas morning to retest and did!

13DPO with E (our timing was terrible and I didn't think we had a shot so I didn't test until the day AF was due).
This one 10DPO, on a whim.

I got mixed results for awhile.
Wondfo: squinter at 7dpo, then 
8dpo-12dpo, then back to at 13dpo and consistently since then, but very light in comparison to FRER
FRER: squinter 10dpo-12dpo, clear at 13dpo
Clearblue digi: at 12 & 13 dpo, but at 15dpo
If you don't know when your last period started and you don't know your ovulation via temping or opks, there's almost no real way of knowing if you're "late." Here's to hoping you get positive results soon!

Blood test came back negative. Left ovary burning sensation with overall cramping. Going into dr in. 30 minutes for check up. I'm so worried!!

1st-- 10 dpo (ended in loss)
2nd-- 14 dpo (ended in loss)
3rd-- 12 dpo (currently 37 weeks)
I should add that I would have likely gotten if I tested earlier.

@Truth Bombs: maybe? I'd rather that than a tubal or ectopic !
Should I go and just get checked or do a ultrasound? I wish someone who's been through this could give advise. Can you start to get pregnant then you will miscarry naturally??? I'm just really freaked at this point and super bummed

@jh524: since the blood test was negative I don't think you were ever pregnant so I wouldn't worry about an ectopic or tubal at this point. Blood tests pick up even the smallest level of hcg. I would just tell your doc all your symptoms and let them decide if you need an ultrasound.

@jh524: if you're blood test is negative it is most certainly not ectopic/tubal, that shows up in blood as pregnant the same as any other pregnancy, and it would t likely be a miscarriage as that too would show HCG in your blood. It doesn't sound like anything scary. I think maybe your cycle is just off. It happens. I hope your doctor can alleviate any fears for you.

Dr suggested it's a cyst. After pelvic exam and swab he recommended a ultrasound but not in a hurry. He just called and I have a Higher than normal white blood cell count.
My appt is next Thursday. I just don't get it. I have really strong cramps right now, a late period and I don't know what to think. Should I feel foolish for thinking & feeling pregnant! I never miss my period, ever. Except when I was KU. I know I had pre pregnancy symptoms. I know AF is missing ....and my uterus hurts.. That's all I know.

@jh524: I don't think you should feel foolish at all for hoping to be pregnant. I TTC for 10 months with this one, my 2nd, and had several months that felt exactly like I did with my 1st pregnancy and I was totally convinced I was KU. I'm sorry that you are not. I hope that your AF comes soon and you can start trying again.

11/12 DPO for my first with a faint line on an Internet cheapie, then def positive on blue dye test later in the day
13 DPO for my second pregnancy in a FReR
@jh524: don't feel foolish. I can't tell you how many times I thought inwas pregnant and took tests and ibe only actually been pregnant twice now. Good luck!

@jh524: I can feel your frustration. I've been there! Don't feel foolish! I did have cysts at least once and the symptoms can definitely mimic pregnancy, including a delayed period (usually because you didn't actually ovulate successfully). I recommend warm baths and heating pads for the pain. Take it easy until your appointment, and don't beat yourself up!

@mrsrain: thank you!! But what gets me is how this would just randomly happen our first month were ttc. It's never happened before, never have I had a cyst or late period. So strange but I'll just have to wait and see. 
After sitting down last night, I discovered my dates were off. See so this is why charting and keeping track of your cycles is so very important!!!

If you had a higher than normal white blood cell count, maybe you got a low-level infection/illness in the past month and thus it threw off your cycle.... the cyst explanation also sounds very legitimate, since that can delay your period and cause some weird hormonal symptoms. Take care of yourself.

I got my first BFP on 12DPO, I think. It was after 3 years of TTC and through IVF. While TTC all those years, I learned that all of those well known pregnancy symptoms didn't apply to me so I stopped symptom spotting. I honestly can't tell you what symptoms I had because I still had doubt that things would work for us.

I'm super odd because my doctor says I must have implanted at 6dpo.. I got a faiiiint positive (but still visible!) at 8dpo! Positive blood test 9dpo.. and we know exactly when I ovulated!
