Ummm, i made paleo pumpkin pancakes the other day and ended up eating the entire batch in one day. There are 4 eggs in a batch!
I will have 1-2 eggs, but some days i won't have any eggs. They are such an easy source of protein to have when you're hungry!

In a meal, I'll eat 2. If we have hard boileds in the fridge, I'll eat a few standing over the sink.

I will usually have two. Lots of times DH and I will have rice & beans with a fried egg on top for dinner. In that case, just one.

Zero. I despise eggs. Eggs are the one and only food that I absolutely cannot stomach or even pretend to eat...blech. The smell always gets me...

During the week, I eat a hard boiled egg with my breakfast. On the weekends, I will scramble two eggs, if I make them. But there have been times I have eaten 3.
