@REESE: I am also back and forth. 0 most weeks, but then some weeks I make a quiche, then heuvos rancheros, then some boiled eggs, then more quiche... that kind of week I can go through 2 to 3 dozen eggs between the 2 of us (DS might taste a yolk but he hardly eats).
I guess... 0, or 2 or 5 a day for me. Almost never 1.

we got through 4 dozen a week. 6 a day if the girls are hungry at breakfast. Sometimes we eat other things for breaky, but paleo cooking involves a lot of eggs.

1 a month. And I would consider eggs to be one of my fav foods. Just everytime I buy them I never cook them so I throw them away.

6-8? I eat two eggs for breakfast 2-3 days a week. Before I was pregnant, I ate 3 boiled eggs per work day, so I'd eat a dozen by myself, easily. The farm fresh ones are the best, but impossible to find this time of year

What led you to think you may have a sensitivity to eggs? Just curious!
We go through a decent amount of eggs in our house - I probably eat 8/week?
