Last year, our son had 18 kids in his pre-K class. This year, he has 26 in his Kindergarten class!! But this year's school has a lot more resources than last year's school, and the kids are much better behaved. So the teacher makes it work. I'm amazed!

Max of 8 with 2 teachers. When they are 2.5, they can have a max of 10. Right now there are 7, but 6 at the end of next week.

23 in kindergarten - it's public, but there is a full time teacher's aide

My province's max is 21 kids for grades K-2..... 16 kids max if it's a split (ie: K/1) class

Last year it was a class of 7 this year a class of 10. Im surprised at the small size and kinda wish they were bigger I guess for more interaction but I guess more teacher attention is good too

My pre-k class has 18 kids. My sister teaches kindergarten and she had 28 kids this year until they hired a new teacher. Now she has 22.
